water will move from the side of 3% glucose to the side with 8% glucose then after 1hour the concentration of glucose on 3% side will be higher than 3% and the glucose concentration on the side with 8% will be lower than 8%. EVENTUALLY THE CONCENTRATION WILL BE SAME. this is the phenomenon of osmosis
