Why are humans more prone to infectious diseases(mostly viral), even though we have some resisting mechanism against virus?

Answer :

those viruses destroy those Th cells which are atmost important and they destroy thier cd markers which are helpful in killing

because those viruses are so powerful that they defeat the WBC's ( white blood cells which protect the body from diseases)
