कम्प्युटर या संगणक एक ऐसा उपकरण है जिसके द्वारा कई गणनाएँ एक साथ की जा सकती है|इसकी सहायता से तार्किक प्रक्रियाओ को स्वत : ही कम समय मे किया जा सकता है |डाटा अथवा सूचनाओ को व्यवस्थित रूप से कम्प्युटर मे सहेज के रखा जा सकता है |इसका जनक चार्ल्स बेवेज को माना जाता है | कम्प्युटर मुख्य रूप से तीन घटको द्वारा बना होता है|ये घटक है सी. पी. यू .(सेंट्रल प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट),इनपुट आउटपुट उपकरण ,एवं मेमोरी (स्टोरेज डिवाइस)|किसी भी डाटा को इनपुट उपकरण जैसे कीबोर्ड ,माऊस आदि की सहायता से प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट मे पहुंचाया जाता है |प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट इस डाटा को उपयुक्त गणनाओ द्वारा यूजर की आवश्यकता के अनुसार प्रोसैस करता है |यह प्रोसैस किया हुआ डाटा आउटपुट उपकरण जैसे मॉनिटर ,प्रिंटर आदि की सहायता से यूज़र को उपलब्ध होता है |मेमोरी मे डाटा को सुरक्षित रूप से सहेज कर रखा जा सकता है |मेमोरी भी दो प्रकार की होती है |रीड ओन्ली मेमोरी एवं रैनडम एक्सैस मेमोरी | वर्तमान युग मे कम्प्युटर का उपयोग लगभग सभी क्षेत्रों मे हो रहा है |चिकित्सा ,संचार,मनोरंजन,शिक्षा एवं बैंकिंग आदि क्षेत्रों के विकास मे कम्प्युटर का महत्वपूर्ण युगदान हैं|इंटरनेट के माध्यम से कम्प्युटर द्वारा आज हम विश्व के किसी भी देश मे बैठे व्यक्ति से संवाद कर सकते है एवं सूचनाओ का आदान- प्रदान कर सकते है |विज्ञान ने मानव समाज को कम्प्युटर के रूप मे एक ऐसा उपहार दिया है जो मानव समाज को एक नयी उन्नतिशील दिशा मे ले जा रहा है |

After so many inventions and discoveries, Humans finally made computer. And, today there are some people in the world who can't live a bit without computer or mobile phone.
Computer is an electronic device which is used for storing and processing data. The hard work can be done in less time with the help of computers. With the help of computer, we can do all the things in today's life.. Because of which, computer plays a big role in our this modern life.
Computers generally works on the Binary language which is 0,1. With the help of Binary language, we can contact with computers and computers with us. 0,1 is called as binary language of computer. Any computer or system device can work properly because of using Binary language.
There are so many important components of computer. Because of so many components work at same time, computer system works properly. Working of computer is dependent on the processing speed of RAM and processor. Because of which, RAM and Processors are the main components of computers.
Computer and system devices near us are dependent on the following components:
RAM - Random access memory
ROM - Read only memory
Display - To display us the information and data
Processor - Processing all programs
OS - Operating system; Contact between us and computer
If we talk about the full form of computer, then it stands for:

Computer are mainly used in office works, Home works, Construction works and so many things. Computers are also used in various organisations and companies. Millions of people use internet for their daily work like - Making presentations, Making documents, Tables.
If we connect internet with our computer, then we are connected with all world. And we know that, if we connect to the internet, then we are connected to the all world.
Advantages of internet:-
- After connecting internet to the computers, we can access any site on the internet with the help of computer.
- Also, we can access all social media like sites with the help of computer.
- Millions of people uses internet for the educational purposes.
- We can get the information of anything or any matter with the help of computer.
- With the help of computers, we can complete our any project easily.
There are some disadvantages of computers too:-
- After using computers for long time, our body can have the harmful effects on it.
- If we use computers 6 to 7 hours daily, then our Neck can have the harmful effect.
- We can have Brain tumor disease because of large use of computer.
- Also, we can get distracted because of computers in studies.
So, We should use computers for less time and for good purposes. And we should not use the computers for very long time.
