1) Use the water and dissolve the two mixture (mixture of sand and sugar).
2) Now stir and make sure the sugar has dissolved completely in water.
3) Now use a filter paper to strain the mixture: the sand will get stuck in the filter paper.
4) Now evaporate the solution by heating in which sugar is mixed.
5) You will get back the sugar crystals back.
