what are the important  geomorphological features found in the river valley plains?

Answer :

The geomorphological features of a certain place include the scientific study of the changes which are the cause in a specific place which is created by physical, chemical, or biological processes and how the processes like air, water and ice can affect the landscape.

When we talk about river valley plains the geomorphological features are known as morphological features instead.

It includes the environment conditions, the erodibility of the bed as well as the banks. When the erosion happens it affects the path of the river.

The rate of sediments which change the channels of rivers and the rate of deposition on the floodplain, banks, and bars.

The morphological features can also be changed because of the human interactions which change the course of the rivers.

Another example of human interruption is the construction of the dams which shrinks the estuarine channels.
