Each term consists of  a + or - ,  a coefficient ,  x raised to some power

  x^ 15 + a x^14 - b x^13 + c x^12 - 14 x^11 - x^10 + x^9 - 8 x^8
                          + 99 x&7 - x^6  - x^5 + 3 x^4 + 2 x^2  - x + 45

   we can expand    (x + 1)^14          then we get 15 terms
     we can expand (x+1)^15  then we get 16 terms but there are 15 terms with variable x.
