Its easy one method is you take both no. and then divide them by 2 again what you obtain add it one of the numbers and divide by 2 or take both the numbers in this case 27/100 and 30/100 you need to make the denominators equal in this case they are equal (you are lucky) now since we only get 28/100 and 29/100 we would need to multiply both by 2 and then write no . in between them that are not equal to numbers you already wrote.
