then,
         (3x-1) = 0
  so,   x = 1/3
and (3x+1) = 0
  so,  x = -1/3
we can verify this result by put the value of x in equation
9x^2-1=0
adding 1 on both sides
9x^2-1+1=0+1
9x^2=1
dividing both sides by 9
9x^2/9=1/9
x^2=1/9
x=plur or minus 1/√9
x=plus or minus 1/3
