⇒3/(2x+1)=3-2x⇒
⇒3=(2x+1)(3-2x)
⇒3=4x+3-4x²
⇒4x²-4x=0

then y+3/y=4
y2+3=4y
y2-4y+3=0
y2 -3y-y+3=0
y(y-3)-(y-3)=0
y=1,y=3
then
2x+1=1 ,x=0
