Actually the report format could depend on the purpose educational, project status report, feasibility, news report etc.
Find enclosed one good general template.
You can get report samples from MS Word - when you click on new document - you will have a choice of what type of document you want to create.. CHoose reports.. then select the kind of report you have on hand..
you can merge my template with the template that microsoft word gives.
