No we cannot have surface with 0 friction. If we want to lessen friction we can add oil to it but if we walk we can slip. So it is almost impossible to have surface with 0 friction.
No it is not possible to have a surface with ) friction .Yes, it is true that if we add oil the friction may get lowered but don't get a value of zero.
