It is actually not possible to sneeze with your eyes open. You must close your eyes or the force of the sneeze would blow your eyes out of your head. Really. It is a natural reflex that your body closes its eyes to protect itself.

Well...its not possible to keep your eyes open....or...lets just say you will be blind in a way. Lets just leave it at that.......Your body has natural reflexes that will react to sneezing EVERY time. Hence you closing your eyes EVERYtime you sneeze.....its a way to protect you, basically.
