Adivasis are marginalised because :-
1) They practise a range of tribal religions that are different from Islam, Hinduism and Christianity. They involve the worship of ancestors, village and natural spirits.
2) There is often very little hierarchy among them.
3) They speak a different language from the mainstream society.They speak languages such as Santhali, Kuruk , Khumi .
