The hard disk is probably making the sounds. Perhaps the disk is filled up with some dust, or it needs some maintenance. Perhaps some hindrence is there for the disk to rotate. There are possibly some loose parts inside the computer. When the disk rotates, these loose parts vibrate and make sounds.
